Mathematics

We want the children at Greenholme to become independent and confident mathematical thinkers, and to be able to use numbers in real life situations.

Children are given the opportunity to explore a range of mathematical concepts, using a wide variety of practical resources.

Mathematics should be fun and purposeful, and the staff are keen to provide a stimulating and exciting environment, where the children are encouraged to be happy and enthusiastic when exploring and developing their mathematical skills.
