Early Years

The Early Years Department offers small class sizes with excellent teacher: pupil ratios, ensuring quality curriculum delivery and a high level of pastoral care within the six areas of learning and beyond.  Specialist teaching is introduced at this level for Music, French and Sport.  All children are made to feel happy and secure in our well equipped, stimulating and homely environment.  The outdoor space ensures the children continue their learning through physical activity, playing imaginatively and learning to care for their environment.

Our Early Years department provides an excellent start to life at Greenholme where all the children are nurtured, respected and treated as individuals to enable them to reach their full potential.

Children may join us from their third birthday and we offer government funded places (EYDCP) to three and four year olds.
