Extra-Curricular Activities And After School Care

Children at Greenholme enjoy participating in our rich programme of extra-curricular activities, both in lunch times and after school. Our popular choir, “band” and drama sessions are held during the school day. Educational trips ensure the children’s experiences are broadened beyond the school’s boundaries and our Activity Week is always looked forward to with great enthusiasm by all the pupils.

We also run a series of after school clubs including art, chess, computer and eco-clubs, as well as tuition in football, hockey, netball, tag-rugby, tennis and cricket.

Every evening after school we provide a qualified teacher to supervise and support children with their homework. After school care is provided from 3.45 – 5.30pm and is run by our own staff. This can be arranged on a full-time, regular or casual basis. Supervision is also available every morning from 8.05 am.
